HOW IT WORKS:

1. Make your purchase using the drop-down menu below.

2. Schedule your 30-minute Living Will appointment. You pick your time and date and attorney Teshia Martin will call you on your scheduled time and date and ask you all of the questions she needs to create your Living Will. If you schedule with your spouse, make sure you are BOTH available for the appointment.

3. We will email you a copy of our Fee Agreement through Docusign and it MUST be signed.

4. We create your Living Will within a few weeks. We can either:

A - mail it to you with instructions on how to have it witnessed and notarized, or

B - bring it to you at an additional fee and go over it with you in detail and witness and notarize that day.
