PRENUPTIAL AGREEMENTS
Are you getting married soon? Are you wondering if you need a prenup?
You might if you want to protect what you've already established.
What is a Prenuptial Agreement? Who needs one?
These are agreements that you make with your partner before you get married. These are for protecting financial assets. These are a good idea for couples who are already established in their careers and/or who own individual property. This agreement can protect your assets after divorce.
How does your Prenuptial Agreements service work?
Simple. You can purchase below and schedule your 60-minute consult appointment. We will discuss your individual needs and goals, and outline a plan in order to protect your assets before marriage.
Your consultation session will include:
• Discussion of your financial assets and debts for BOTH parties
• Sharing and collecting the totals of your assets and debts
• Discussing "who keeps/gets what" if a divorce takes place
• Creating a plan that is fair to both parties
