TM LAW was started in July 2023 by Attorney Teshia Martin. Our practice is dedicated to several areas of practice that is a passion of Teshia's.

ESTATE PLANNING has been extremely important to Teshia since she lost two of her grandparents during Covid in 2020. Both of them died with no Wills or planning whatsoever, and unfortunately, their estate had to be probated. This was devastating to the family, and so Teshia decided to dedicate her TM LAW practice to ensuring that no other families have to go through this tedious process.

TRADEMARK & COPYRIGHT law has been a 20-year long passion of Teshia's. She has a BFA in Graphic Design and was a designer owning her own businesses for the past 21 years. At TM LAW, we understand how important your business is, and we would love to help you by dedicating our time and wisdom to making sure your business is protected and secured.

CONTRACTS & PRENUPS are also offered by TM LAW. Teshia loves creating contracts for any type of business or personal transaction. Also, we want to be sure your assets are protected and remain yours if you're entering into a new marriage.

BUSINESS & BAR EXAM COACHING is another passion at TM LAW. Teshia has owned four successful businesses and can coach you to extreme success, gaining clients and social media followers, etc., that can help you grow from zero to 6-figures within a year. Teshia also has sufficient knowledge on how to raise your bar exam score so that you're nearly guaranteed to pass.
